The future of millions is determined here!

OSYM determines the future of millions every year. Where are the questions prepared? Who prepares them? The most important of all, how are they protected?

We were at the centre. OSYM chairman Proffessor Yarımagan showed us around the institution. We came into the rooms in which questions are prepared and hidden, the printing house and also the monitoring centre with its security cameras.

 

The contents of the exams by OSYM can be discussed, but we are in the safe hands in terms of security.

 

Here’s interesting anecdotes about the visit :

 

7.5 million people are taking the exam

 

It is not possible that anyone enters the cosmic rooms of OSYM from the outside, and also the printing house.

It is entered each room by electronic cards. However, fingerprint is required to enter the printing house . It is impossible to talk on phone in this room because of frequency distortion tools.

They are doing 35 exams this year. Some of them are TUS, ÜDS, YGS, JANA, TCS, ALS, ALES, YÖS, LES, DGS, KPSS, KPDS

 

 

While we were walking around, the questions of LYS were being printed in a room. In another room, the questions of KPSS were waiting for the being printed .

 

The only place we could not enter is the printing room. Nobody is allowed to enter this room.  Printing workers came in the room on June 6, and they will stay there until June 21.
